Uses of Kerui Insulation Bricks
As we mentioned before, customers use this lightweight refractory brick as the insulation layer for high temperature kilns. Most of the insulation brick does not contact fire directly.
High alumina insulation brick: used in ceramic tunnel kilns, roller kilns, shuttle kilns, wall kilns, etc., as well as other parts that are not subject to strong corrosion and erosion of high-temperature molten materials.
Fireclay insulation brick: used as the insulation layer of thermal equipment such as ignition kilns, flues, refining devices, heating devices, regeneration devices, gas furnaces and pipelines, soaking furnaces, annealing furnaces, reaction chambers, etc.
Mullite insulation brick: suitable for the refractory lining and backing insulation layer of pyrolysis furnaces, hot blast furnaces, ceramic roller kilns, electric porcelain drawer kilns and various high temp resistance furnaces.
Alumina bubble brick: used as the working lining or thermal insulation lining of high-temperature kilns such as gasification furnaces in the petrochemical industry, carbon black industrial reactors, and induction furnaces in the metallurgical industry.
Silica insulation brick: commonly for the insulation layer of coke ovens, glass kiln vaults, hot blast furnace walls and domes. It does not directly contact high temperature molten materials and alkaline gases.
