High Chrome Brick
1. Good thermal shock resistance,
2. Volume stability under high temperature,
3. High RUL,
4. Excellent wear resistance,
5. High temperature strength,
6. Alkali/Acid corrosion resistance.
Brief Introduction
High chrome brick is used in severe corrosion and high thermal stress areas of reinforcing fiberglass furnaces and E-glass furnaces, such as throat, sidewall of melting tank and clarifying basin, bottom paving especially around the bubbler, fore hearth, doghouse ,corner block ,feeder channel, channel lop ,bushing blocks and back-up blocks, It can be also be used in throat, dam and high wear areas in various types of glass furnaces such as clear soda-lime glass.
