Select Fire Bricks According to Furnace Temperature
The choice of furnace bricks must match the working temperature of the furnace:
- 1100℃: Refractory clay brick is suitable;
- 1300℃: You can use refractory clay brick, high alumina brick, silica brick, silicon carbide brick, zircon brick, etc;
- 1400℃: You should choose lightweight fire clay brick, lightweight high alumina brick, lightweight alumina brick and chrome brick;
- 1650℃: This requires the kiln to use alumina brick, alumina hollow ball brick, corundum brick, silicon carbide brick and mullite brick;
- 2000℃: Silicon carbide brick, chrome aluminum brick and zircon brick can be used.
