High Refractoriness
Magnesium bricks have high refractoriness. The refractoriness of magnesia chrome bricks could be up to 2000℃. Advanced Magnesite Bricks Manufacturing Process
According to different production processes, we can divide magnesite refractory bricks into two processes: direct bonding and chemical bonding.
Sintered magnesia bricks need to be continuously sintered in a high-temperature tunnel kiln at 1550~1650℃ to achieve the stability of their internal chemical properties. Sintered magnesium oxide bricks have high strength and a wider range of applications.
Chemically bonded magnesia bricks are also called unburnt/unsintered magnesia bricks, which means that appropriate mineralizers and binders are added to the mixed raw materials and then pressed into shape.
