On November 12, 2024, the customer team from Iran and senior technical personnel from KERUI conducted an in-depth inspection and communication. This inspection also means that the cooperation between KERUI and customers has entered a new stage. The customer has had a preliminary understanding of our refractory products and services through previous exchanges with our company. This factory inspection is to further verify the strength of our company and ultimately decide whether to reach a long-term cooperative relationship.
Inspection Process And Cooperation Details
The main purpose of Iranian customers is to meet the demand for high-quality refractory materials in the steel production process. Especially plate corundum, refractory cement, refining slag and bauxite. On the day of the inspection, Kerui took the customers to have an in-depth understanding of the production lines, technology research and development centers and quality inspection links of these products.
We also provided samples to customers and showed their test reports, including the quality inspection results of SGS certification. The display of these links made customers more recognized our production capacity and product quality.

The Iranian customer said that the quality and technical parameters of Kerui’s refractory cement and bauxite fully meet the needs of the Iranian market. Our technical team explained the relevant product parameters in detail to the customer on site. They also made optimization suggestions based on the customer’s needs.
